Payment has to be made when we inform you by e-mail. If the payment is not made within 2 weeks after the (Payment e-mail) we will reserve the right to handle your goods without prior notice. We do not responsible for any lost or damage to the customer.

For custom made customers, we do not responsible for your old kits due to incorrect storage. Customer has to let us know what standard they required before the kits is sent to us. They can supply us as much information as they have to enable us to build the model as closed to their requirement, but we can not guarantee 100% to your satisfaction. If the kits are reached to us within 1 week without your confirmation of your requirement. We are pretend that you are surrender your goods.

If customers not satisfy with the products we have built. They can return the goods to us and we can sell them as consignment basis. We do not responsible for the postage or handling fee. Fund will be credit in to your account after the goods are sold.

We may also call or email new customers to verify that you did in fact place the order. We apologize in advance for this, but it is to protect you and your credit card.

However, YOUR country may charge you taxes or fees over which we have no control. If you decide for whatever reason not to pay these taxes when your parcel arrives, then you remain responsible to us for the charges we have made on your credit card. Shipping is not refundable.
